A radical re-imagining of Mary Shelley's 'Frankenstein' to celebrate the 200th anniversary of its publication. A modern-day take on the infamous Gothic tale.

When humans have the knowledge and scientific advancement to create life. What if 'the monster' is created in the human ideal of perfection?

This new play will be will be an experimental, free adaptation inspired by the 'The Modern Prometheus'.

In 2018 SISATA will collaborate with BAFTA award winning writer and Doppelganger Productions' Artistic Director John Foster. He will write a new play inspired by Mary Shelley's 'Frankenstein'.

Charmaine and John have collaborated on many successful shows/tours together, Including the ACE funded 'The Weevil in the Biscuit' and 'RIDE!' and a modern take on Oscar Wilde's 'Dorian Gray'.
