'Henry Highdown' is a children's leaflet designed for their enjoyment and involvement within the Gardens. It includes a 'Puzzle Page' and many of the answers can be found in the Gardens.
To make the visit more interesting, there is a lettered wooden trail for the children to follow around the Gardens.
Henry is a little cartoon hedgehog that lives within the grounds of Highdown and recently he has been joined by his friend 'Harriet', who is another cartoon hedgehog.
Children can read about what Henry and Harriet eat and find out more about their other friends that live in and around Highdown Gardens.
Children (and their parents or guardians) will have hours of fun finding out the answers to the clues.
Here at Highdown Gardens, we pride ourselves on sharing this beautiful Garden with everyone.
- Children are welcome in the Gardens, but should be supervised at all times, especially around the pond areas
- Please do not pick the flowers or plants
